My Big Dog Farm is owned and operated by a licensed veterinary technician. Our adults are pre-screened for genetic defects. Careful consideration is taken prior to breeding to confirm NO inbreeding or line breeding.

We specialize in providing the "Ultimate" in companions. Our large breeds are gentle giants adaptable to any environment. Our pups are home raised from day one. Our entire family takes part in socializing your puppy.

All of our English Mastiffs receive one vet check, worming, and first vaccination prior to their release. I guarantee this vet check as his/her bill of health along with a 1 year guarantee against genetic defects. Once the puppy is released from my care, I can no longer guarantee him/her against communicable diseases.

Keep in mind, until all puppy vaccines are complete, your puppy can be exposed to diseases that are potentially fatal. Therefore, be cautious with the puppy as to who you allow near him/her.

You will be responsible for providing this puppy with your own veterinary care, beginning with the second series of vaccinations, which are due 3 weeks from the first vaccination.

All breeding dogs are DNA Certified through AKC for your added piece of mind. Several of our adults are true pet heros! They are blood donors, saving the lives of other pets every day. We strive for excellence and hope it shows in our commitment to our dogs as well as our clients. When you adopt a puppy from My Big Dog Farm, you bring home a new family member!

English Mastiffs are high risk for hip dysplasia. This disease is common in large breeds. Hip dysplasia can be caused genetically or by human error. Here are a few pointers that will help you avoid this heart-wrenching disease:

	Avoid stairways.
	Avoid over-exercising.
	Remove your puppy from puppy food at 4 months of age.
	NO VITAMIN SUPPLEMENTS.
	Maintain proper weight by keeping your puppy on a lean chicken based dry food, (Eukanuba Large Breed Formula is my #1 choice). Nothing high in fat, no table scraps!
